Introduction

Computers and Database Committee

Aim: To advise on Computers and Database matters relating to the IBA membership and the IBA Office.

Constitution Committee

Aim: To advise upon interpretation and changes to the IBA Constitution.

Credentials Committee

Aim: To give an opinion as to the eligibility of an applicant for full or sustaining organisational membership of the IBA.

IBA Human Rights Institute Trust

Aim: To promote human rights (as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and subsequent United Nations and regional declarations) and the sound administration of justice worldwide.

IBA Foundation

Aim: To advance legal education throughout the world for the benefit of the public; to study and advance the administration of justice worldwide.

Nominations Committee

Aim: to receive and make recommendation to Council concerning persons to be recommended by it to the General Meeting for election as IBA Officers.
