At the beginning of his term, IBA President Fernando Pelaez-Pier announced his plans. His plans emphasise handling the worldwide financial crisis, strengthening the rule of law and training in human rights law and the development of the activities of the IBA regions.

Election of a Member Organisation Representative to the Management Board
