IBA Arbitration Committee Breakfast

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Panama) with the support of the IBA will be hosting a congress on Arbitration and Dispute Resolution on Large Infrastructure Projects on Friday 24 August. All presentations will be simultaneously translated from Spanish to English.
The IBA Arbitration Committee Breakfast will take place at 0800 on Friday 24 August 2012 at the Trump Ocean Club in Panama City directly preceding the conference.
The breakfast discussion will focus on the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration. The Guidelines have become among the most influential and widely used texts in international arbitration regarding arbitrator independence and impartiality.
Topics to be discussed during the breakfast include:
