Important visa information
In almost all cases, a visa is required to enter China. Depending on your country of citizenship, visa processing may take several weeks. An official visa invitation letter issued by a local entity to apply for a Chinese business visa is available upon request. If you need a visa, register for the conference as early as possible. 4 February 2016 is absolutely the last day you can submit your request for a visa invitation letter.
Information required to issue a visa invitation letter can be found in the Acknowledgement and visa information letter you can download from MyIBA. All visa inquiries should be sent to Haesung Lee at firstname.lastname@example.org.
