Report on anti-dumping investigations against China in Latin America (Feb 2010)

In response to the debate regarding the increase in trade protectionism as a result of the use of anti-dumping measures, the IBA Divisions Project Team, with the support of the IBA Trade and Customs Law Committee and the IBA Latin American Regional Forum, have released a report on the background and trends of the growing number of anti-dumping disputes against China in the region.
