Model Mining Development Agreement Project
The Model Mining Development Agreement Project is an effort by the committee to prepare a tool to improve transparency, quality and results of contract negotiations between host states and mining companies. It intends to take into account the experience of practitioners on all sides, and insights from academics, government and industry.

The Mining Law Committee has announced the release of the Spanish version of the AMPLA Model Mining Services Contract. The Mining Law Committee has developed this Spanish version under licence from AMPLA Limited (the Resources and Energy Law Association of Australia).
