Committee to prepare model mineral development agreement
July 2009: The committee has begun work on a major project to prepare a model mineral development agreement, based on international best practice, for use in the developing world. While members of the committee are involved in this project, international experts in their field will provide outside advice to the committee.
Introducing the Spanish version of the AMPLA Model Mining Services Contract
The Mining Law Committee has announced the release of the Spanish version of the AMPLA Model Mining Services Contract. The Mining Law Committee has developed this Spanish version under licence from AMPLA Limited (the Resources and Energy Law Association of Australia).
