Insolvency Restructuring and Creditors' Rights Join This Committee

To join the IBA, go to www.int-bar.org/registration/iba_membership.cfm and remember to select Section on Insolvency, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights (SIRC) as your free committee. If you are an IBA member, contact the IBA membership department and tell them you want to add SIRC membership to your list of IBA committee memberships – the cost is only £20.

SIRC’s membership includes a specialised group of insolvency and restructuring specialists, practising under specialised legislation, often before specialised courts and under specialised rules and procedures. But it also includes M&A and finance specialists with the knowledge to get deals done in the unique constraints and challenges of distressed commercial environments. And our membership is also peppered with insolvency academics, commercial judges, and representatives of the leading regulatory and international institutions, such as UNCITRAL and the World Bank, with whom SIRC has long enjoyed strong relationships.
