Convergence
Editor: John J Lynch Pryor Cashman LLP
Deputy Editor: Mark Stephens Finers Stephens Innocent
Convergence is the publication of the Intellectual Property, Communications and Technology Section of the International Bar Association. It provides current and incisive analysis of developments in the areas of information technology, intellectual property, media, the law relating to arts and culture, communications and outer space law, reaching almost 4,000 IP, communications and technology practitioners. All members of the section have access to the publicaton as part of their membership. In 2010 the publication changed from being a journal published twice a year, to an online publication. It was felt that this better reflected the demands of this area of law and the needs of the section's membership. The publication can now engage with the fast-paced and constantly evolving world of law relating to communications, technology, intellectual property and arts and culture more dynamically.
Recent articles have included:
- Perspectives on Mobile Regulatory Issues
- When France Puts its Own Stamp on the Space Landscape
- Impersonation of Life: The Perils of Social Networking
