IBA documents published in Russian
Oct 2009. A bilingual (English-Russian) collection of IBA documents has been published in Russia. The collection comprises 32 documents including resolutions, principles, standards and statements, as well as commentary on documents, scholarly articles and a bibliography of IBA publications in Russian. The documents cover the following topics:
- rule of law;
- legal practice;
- international trade in legal services;
- professional ethics;
- human rights;
- international business; and
- independence of courts.
