The Khodorkovsky Trial Observation Report, 2011
On 20 September 2011 the IBAHRI released an extensive report on the trial of Mikhail Khodorkovsky. The IBAHRI is the only organisation who had a full-time observer based in Moscow attending all sessions from 2009-2011.

Russia fact-finding mission, 2005
In April 2005, the IBAHRI sent a high level delegation to Russia following a proposal by the Russian Government to increase its power over judicial appointments. In June 2005 the IBAHRI released a report detailing its findings and conclusions.
