Registration Information Online registration has now closed. You can still complete the registration form and bring it along to the Conference to register. Social function tickets can be purchased (if still available) when you register at the Conference. As numbers may have to be limited for certain functions, tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and requests for tickets for unregistered guests will be granted at the discretion of the Head of Conferences. Guests No member of the legal profession may be registered as a guest. Only registered guests (ie those paying the guest registration fee) are eligible to participate in the social programme and excursions, except with the prior agreement of the Head of Conferences. Guests may not attend working sessions with the exception of the Cultural Issues programme on Monday 18 September. Important dates
Language The working language for both the sessions and conference materials is English. Cancellation / Substitution Your registration will be acknowledged in writing, but not by fax. Any cancellation must be received at the IBA office, in writing, by Friday 1 September in order for fees to be refunded. A 15 per cent administration charge will be deducted from registration fees and social function tickets. After Friday 1 September, no refunds can be made for registration fees but a substitute delegate may be nominated at any time. Social function tickets will only be refunded after this date if the IBA can resell the ticket. Registration Fees
