The different ethical and professional rules that apply to parties’ counsel and arbitrators: a comparative overview

Gábor has been practising international business law for well over 20 years. He is a seasoned arbitrator, having conducted arbitrations before a number of institutions, as well as ad hoc ones and is listed by over a dozen arbitral institutions worldwide. He is listed on the Arbitration Powerlist 2021 and 2022 CEE published by the Legal 500. In addition to dispute resolution, Gábor’s primary focuses are transactional/projects work and employment law.
