In 2017 he began his duties as founding leader of the Portuguese Federation of Electronic Sports, holding until 2019 the position of President of the General Assembly in that entity.
In March 2018, he organized, in the Auditorium of the Olympic Committee of Portugal, the Debate "Sport and the Future- new practices and new consumptions", with the presence of RTP- Rádio Televisão Portuguesa and SEJD- Secretary of State for Sport and Youth, to address the evolution of Electronic Sport in Portugal and in the world.
In April 2018, he co-organized in the Portuguese national Assembly of the Republic, the first Parliamentary Colloquium on the Rights of Children in Sport, resulting in the publication of a work in which he had editorial responsibility for the insertion of a text on Electronic Sport.
During 2018, he also participated as Guest Speaker, invited by the Google Developer Group of Lisbon, in December, on the Debate WarmUp for DevFest, organized together with Women TechMakers, entitled «The Future of ESports», in the ALTICE Building.
In April 2019, he is invited to speak at the JURISPORTS Congress, (a co-organized event between Brazil and Portugal on Comparative Sports Law) at the Panel "ESports- labor and federative issues", and as well as that same month, by Coimbra Business School for the Conference «eSports, Futurism or Reality? », integrated in the Graduate Program in Sports Management for Managers.
Between 2019 and 2020, he published two texts related to the theme of electronic sports in Portugal and worldwide: the first, in the work "Encyclopedia of Sports Law" edited by GestLegal, about the concept of Esport; the second, in the work published by the Olympic Committee of Portugal with the title "e-Sports: the changing sport? ", called "The International Organization of Esports".
In May 2020, He takes part of the joint Task Force of Wesco and IESF- International Esports Federation, constituting an evaluation committee for the recognition of National Federations of Electronic Sport.
In 2021, in the Post-Graduation Course of Sports Law, managed in the Autonoma Academy/UAL, lectures the first Session created in that annual academic initiative, about ESPORTS- the legal frame.
In the same year receives an invitation from the European University of Lisbon, to be a part of the Post-Graduation Course of ESPORTS Marketing & Management.
In January 2022 initiates a participation in the Mentoring Committee of the ERN- Esports Research Network.
Since June 2022, has the designation of Expert, provided by the Digital Executive Agency of The European Commission, for the reviewing of Gaming & Esports related projects.
He is currently Vice-President for Europe at WESCO- World Esports Consortium, an entity promoting legal regulation and formal organization of Electronic Sport worldwide.
