A conference presented by the IBA Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and supported by the IBA Corporate Counsel Forum.  

The conference will examine how legal consequences can follow from the espousal, observance or breach of CSR norms.  Topics include: CSR and lawyers; CSR and corporate governance in legal context; international business and the rule of law and CSR and law firms, corporate governance in legal context, international business and the rule of law and CSR and litigation.
