A conference presented by the IBA Maritime and Transport Law Committee and supported by the IBA European Regional Forum.

This international shipping conference will include four sessions covering:

1) Vessel collisions and groundings; 2) discussion of the implementation and effects of the ISM Code; 3) the benefits of different structures for vessel ownership and financing; and 4) recent developments in maritime law in various jurisdictions.

Lawyers, arbitrators and company representatives who are involved in disputes involving international maritime law, vessel operations or acquisition, as well as young lawyers who want to network with leading practioners in the field of maritime law.
