A joint conference of the IBA section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law (SEERIL) and the Australian Resources and Energy Law Association (AMPLA), and supported by the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum.

Topics will be drawn from a wide range of issues arising out of South East Asia's affect on the industries represented by both organisations. These include: the developmental process and approval terms and conditions for South east Asian countries active in mining, oil and gas; basic guidelines for the acquisition of projects; production sharing contracts; corporate social responsibility; joint ventures for resource projects; service contracts; and dispute resolution.

Who should attend?

External and in-house counsel of all levels of experience involved in oil and gas, power, environmental, mining, water and/or construction law.
