The College of Law

The College of Law is Europe's largest provider of legal vocational education, providing training for thousands of trainee and qualified solicitors and barristers each year. The College runs a number of distance learning programmes, including the Open University's LLB degree programme and the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test, the conversion course for overseas lawyers seeking to qualify as English solicitors. The College also provides continuing professional development (CPD) for the legal profession and has run intenrational training programmes through the world.
