Assessments

The final unit of each supervised online module is a 3,000 to 5,000-word assessment.

You will need to achieve a minimum pass mark of 50% on all study modules and the assignment. If you pass all modules and receive a mark of 70% or more on your assignment, your LL.M will be awarded with ‘Distinction’.

The IBA and The College of Law offers a wide range of locations for sitting your exams with assessment centres held in many of the world’s leading legal centres. A full list of Assessment Centres will be made available soon on our website.

If there is sufficient regional demand we will endeavour to provide a local test centre, but please note that a charge may by payable for this.
