Obtaining Visas to Work as an IBA Intern

The IBA strongly advises all interns to contact their British mission overseas to get the latest updated information on what they require to enter the United Kingdom. 

Please find below some organisations that may be able to assist you with obtaining a visa.  If the organisation that you have chosen declines your application, there is little that the IBA can do to help and you would be unable to take up your position.

• Students from the rest of the world (NOT including the USA, United Kingdom and European Union)

Students from the United States

BUNAC (British Universities North America Club).  For further information, visit the BUNAC website.  All interns are responsible for paying BUNAC for sorting out your visa.

Students from the Rest of the World (Not UK, EU, or USA)
International Association for the Exchange of Students or Technical Experiance (IAESTE)
