Ramon Mullerat

Ramon Mullerat OBE is a lawyer admitted at the Barcelona, Madrid and Paris bars, honorary member of the Law Society of England and Wales and honorary member of the Bar of England and Wales. He is Past President of the Council of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Union (CCBE); President of the British Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona (1988 – 1989); Past Co-Chair of the Human Rights Institute of the International Bar Association; Member of the American Law Institute (ALI) and the American Bar Foundation (IBF); and Co-Chair of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the IBA. At present, he is Professor of European Law at the School of Law of Barcelona University and Adjunct Professor at the John Marshall School of Law. He is an arbitrator in international commercial arbitrations.
