Cameroon

In 2003, the IBA was invited by the UK Government, with the agreement of the Minister of Justice for the Republic of Cameroon, to review the draft Criminal Procedure Code. In response to this request, the IBA visited Cameroon in June 2003 with a panel of international legal experts. The findings of the panel are detailed in the below report.
