Judgment on the Defence’s Appeal Against the Pre-Trial Chamber’s ‘Decision on the Application for the Interim Release of Thomas Lubanga Dyilo’

On 20 September 2006, the Defence filed a request for interim release. The Pre-Trial Chamber rejected the application for interim release on 18 October 2006. On 20 October 2006 the Defence filed an appeal against that decision. The following summary covers the decision upon the Defence’s appeal.
