Trial Chamber I: Proposed Timetable for Submissions on the subjects that require early determination– 18 July 2007

 

Proposed hearing dates and issues to be determined:

  • 11 September 2007:

-          6A: The date of the trial;

-          6B: The languages to be used in the proceedings;

-          6C:The timing and the manner of disclosure of the evidence by the Prosecution to the Defence, all other participants and to the Chamber;

-          6D: Use of the e-Court protocol.

 

  • 25 September 2007:

-          7E: The role of victims and the modalities of victims’ participation in the proceedings leading up to the commencement of the trial;

-          7F: The procedures to be adopted for instructing expert witnesses;

-          7G: The approach to be adopted to witness familiarisation and proofing.

 

  • 17 October 2007:

-          8H: The status before the Trial Chamber of the evidence heard by the Pre-Trial Chamber;

-          8I: The status of the decisions of the Pre-Trial Chamber in trial proceedings.
