Appeals Pursuant to the Confirmation of Charges - 3 - 13 February: Thomas Lubanga Dyilo

Introduction

After the Pre-Trial Chamber confirmed the charges against Mr Lubanga on 29 January 2007 both the Defence and the Prosecution filed appeals against that decision and the victims’ representatives filed a request for leave to respond to the Defence’s appeal and to participate in any subsequent appeal proceedings.
