Introductory Report of the Administration of the Justice in Peru and Venezuela (March 1999)

In March 1999, a delegation was sent to Peru and Venezuela to monitor and consider the perceived lack of independence felt by the judiciary in the two countries and to make recommendations where appropriate. The findings are detailed in the report below.
