Committee Overview

The aims of the Committee are to develop and exchange knowledge of employment and industrial relations law and practice. Members support each other through the provision of innovative ideas and practical assistance on day to day issues. In addition, through its journal and through presentations, the Committee ensures the dissemination of up-to-date law and practice in this highly important business area

Additionally, the Employment and Industrial Relations Law Committee works with the following Committees to form the Human Resources Section:

Discrimination Law
Immigration and Nationality Law
