African Regional Industrial Property Organization (ARIPO)
The objectives of the Organization, as enshrined in Article III of the Lusaka Agreement, show that, cooperation in industrial property is intended to achieve technological advancement for economic and industrial development of the member states. This cooperation is reflected in the objectives of the Organization

American Bar Association, Intellectual Property Section
The Section was the first one created by the ABA to deal with a special branch of the law. Since 1894, it has contributed significantly to the development of our system for the protection of intellectual property rights. The Section is the world's largest intellectual property organization, having 19,683 members as of August 31, 2004.

American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA)
The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) is a national bar association constituted primarily of lawyers in private and corporate practice, in government service, and in the academic community, with more than 15,000 members. The AIPLA represents a wide and diverse spectrum of individuals, companies and institutions involved directly or indirectly in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law, as well as other fields of law affecting intellectual property.  Our members represent both owners and users of intellectual property.

Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP)
Arab Society for Intellectual Property is a recognized intellectual property society, aiming at developing and promoting intellectual property protection in the Arab world through its activities, seminars, courses and participation to international IP organizations and bodies. The Arab Society for Intellectual Property was established in Munich, Germany in 1987 as a private Arab regional society. Ongoing changes in the world and successive developments in intellectual property rights, laws and protection at the local, regional and international levels require continuous knowledge and awareness of the latest developments

Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Association (APIPA)
To bring Taiwan, Republic of China closer to the goal of developing into an Asia-Pacific Regional Operations Center, AT&T pledged a portion of the collected royalties to establish a non-profit foundation. The foundation’s objectives are to promote intellectual property management, IP awareness and more important to build an IP related multi-purposes databases to serve the industries in Taiwan and the world through World Wide Web. Through these efforts, the Republic of China hopes to become the hub of intellectual property rights-related information center, thus to improve both economic and trading relationships with other countries through fair and reciprocal trade.

Association of Finnish Patent Attorneys
The members of the Association of Finnish Patent Attorneys engage in professional activity in a patent agency in the field of immaterial rights, especially industrial property rights. Industrial property rights are protective rights, comprising particularly patents, utility models, designs, protection of integrated circuits and trademarks.

Association of Patent Attorneys in Swedish Industry
The Association of Patent Attorneys in Swedish Industry (Svenska Industriens Patentingenjörers Förening) was founded in 1939. The objectives of the Association are:(1) to protect the interests of Swedish industry in the field of industrial property (2) to promote the dissemination of news and information among its members (3) to promote a high level of professional conduct. The Association holds regular meetings to discuss matters in the field of industrial property, mostly in the patent and trademark fields. The Association has around 300 members at present, representing some 70 companies

Association of Patent Law Firms (APLF)
The Association of Patent Law Firms (APLF) is a national association of law firms that devote a majority of their practice to patent law. Practicing attorneys of our member firms are skilled and experienced in the areas of patent application work, litigation, and counselling services. We seek toyal Charter in 1891. It represents virtually all the 1,500 registered patent attorneys in the UK whether they practice in industry or in private practice. Total membership is over 3,000 and includes trainee patent attorneys and other professionals with an interest in intellectual property matters.
