Committee Overview

The Medicine and the Law Committee is concerned with all aspects of medicine and law including health law on a worldwide basis. The committee provides a forum of discussion among health lawyers, and aims to provide regular updates of important changes in health law and to organise seminars on health law within the IBA.

Additionally, the Medicine and the Law Committee works with the following committees to form the Law and Individual Rights Section:

Human Rights Law
Indigenous Peoples
