Mining Law Committee
The objective of the Mining Law Committee is to promote an interchange of information and views and to advance knowledge among individual members of the Section and others as to laws, practices and procedures affecting all activities concerning minerals and mining throughout the world. Additionally, the Mining Law Committee works with the following Committees to form the Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law Section: Environment, Health and Safety Law For further information on any forthcoming or past IBA event, go to the conferences hompage or contact the marketing department. Introducing the Spanish version of the AMPLA Model Mining Services Contract The Mining Law Committee has announced the release of the Spanish version of the AMPLA Model Mining Services Contract. The Mining Committee has developed this Spanish version under licence from AMPLA Limited (the Resources and Energy Law Association of Australia).
