Committee Overview

The Committee represents a vast knowledge pool and is concerned to assist all members in communicating and disseminating that knowledge. Worldwide trends, individual jurisdictional matters and trans-national developments, are regularly the focus of newsletters and conference presentations.

Current and future legal developments include:
