Global Insolvency Database (ABI/INSOL)
A joint project of the American Bankruptcy Institute and INSOL International.  It serves as a source of information both on current issues in international insolvency and restructuring law and on the legal framework for insolvency and restructuring around the world.  The site includes international cases of note, material on international insolvencies, including cross border protocols, and links to member associations.

The INSOL International website has links to INSOL publications and conference information as well to the websites of member associations.

International Insolvency Institute
The International Insolvency Institute's primary objectives include improving international co-operation in the insolvency area and achieving greater co-ordination among nations in multinational business reorganizations and restructurings.  The website contains links to international insolvency resources such as cross border insolvency orders and protocols, selected legislation, international insolvency treaties and links to international insolvency organisations.

International Association of Young Lawyers' Insolvency Commission (AIJA)
The AIJA's Insolvency Law Commission studies transnational aspects of insolvency/bankruptcy, and compares and studies differences and similarities between the various jurisdictions in this area of law.  Website links to member organizations.

IWIRC - International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation
An international professional association that works to enhance the professional status and reputation of women in insolvency practice.
