Convergence is the journal of the Intellectual Property, Communications and Technology Section of the International Bar Association. It provides current and incisive analysis of developments in the areas of information technology, intellectual property, media, the law relating to arts and culture, communications and outer space law. Reaching almost 4,000 IP, communications and technology practitioners, the journal is published twice a year. All members of the section receive the journal as part of their membership. It is also available to individual subscribers and libraries. Recent articles have included:
