Dispute Resolution International

Dispute Resolution International
is the journal of the Dispute Resolution Section of the Legal Practice Division of the IBA. It aims to cover issues of relevance to the international dispute resolution community and provides an in-depth discussion of current developments and topical issues in all areas of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution, and negligence and damages.

Edited by Andrew Foyle, a barrister at One Essex Court, London, and an Editorial Board comprising leading practitioners from around the world, and reaching over 3,250 dispute resolution practitioners, Dispute Resolution International is published twice a year and was launched in May 2007.
