Project Establishment Subcommittee - standard forms of contract

Those who are involved with advising on or negotiating contracts for major construction, infrastructure and engineering projects may find it useful to use the standard forms and guidance notes produced by the bodies and institutions listed below. Whilst this list is by no means exhaustive and deals with standard forms most commonly used in the countries of the Commonwealth rather than, for example, forms used domestically in the United States or in civil law jurisdictions (although it should be noted that the FIDIC and ENAA forms are used for projects governed by the laws of and being carried out in both civil and common law countries), the list nonetheless provides a very useful starting point when working on any international construction and engineering project.
