The IBA held a live webcast interview and Q&A on Thursday 16 December with one of the world's leading experts in combatting corruption. For 20 years, Professor Mark Pieth has chaired the Organisation for Economic Development and Co-operation (OECD) Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions.
In 2004 Professor Pieth was appointed by the UN Secretary General to the Independent Inquiry Committee into the Iraq Oil-For-Food Programme.
