From BRICs to MINT and beyond - Opportunities and challenges for the legal profession in BRICs and MINT countries

The legal professions in most growth markets have been expanding and evolving rapidly. In many such countries members of the ‘domestic legal profession’ are now doing work that was previously the exclusive preserve of ‘international lawyers’. The session will consider the implications of this change for the handling of cross-border deals and disputes.
