Boston Opening Ceremony

Watch below: Keynote speaker Madeleine Albright, former US Secretary of State, gave an engaging address to conference delegates at the Annual Conference 2013 Opening Ceremony, as well as participating in a lively question and answer session.

IBA President Michael Reynolds also spoke to delegates to welcome them to the conference and to outline some of the IBA's priorities, aims and achievements. A video was then shown featuring senior IBA officers speaking on the work of the various parts of the IBA.
