How to make a reservation
Complete the online accommodation form and submit to JLC ICS as soon as possible.
Accommodation bookings can only be made using the online accommodation form and NOT by email. Please DO NOT print and send the online accommodation form with credit card details.

All reservations will be acknowledged by email immediately after you submit the booking form. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please contact Judy Lane ICS to check that your reservation has been received. Bookings cannot be made without a valid credit card number (Visa/Mastercard/Amex). We cannot accept debit cards. Please ensure that the credit card number you provide at the time of booking is not due to expire prior to the conference.
From 4 September 2018, all hotels will take a non-refundable full-stay payment from the credit card that you submit with your booking form. Should the hotel be unable to charge your card, Judy Lane ICS will contact you for alternative card details. These must be sent within 48 hours or your hotel room will have to be released.
Cancellation terms and conditions
Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact Judy Lane ICS in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org). You will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation/amendment. If you do not receive this email, your cancellation/amendment has not been processed/received. In this case, please Judy Lane ICS by telephone on +44 (0)1293 888 352.
Cancellation deadline: 3 September 2018
After 3 September, the full-stay cancellation penalty will apply for all cancelled bookings. These cancellation terms and conditions also apply to bookings made on or after 3 September 2018 and no-shows (non-arrival on the day of your reservation without prior notification).
