Healthcare and Life Sciences projects 2017
The Healthcare & Life Sciences Law Committee of the IBA is conducting a project which revolves around the health issues associated with child brides and teenage pregnancies and a project regarding female genital mutilation. These are important issues which, as family law practitioners, we may have experience with and/or are aware of through our respective practices.
The Healthcare & Life Sciences Law Committee has drafted two questionnaires, the answers to which will assist that Committee to generate country specific reports which will be a valuable resource available to the entire IBA membership.
As collaboration is one of the tenets of our association with the IBA, the Family Law Committee requests the assistance of the members of the Committee to answer the questionnaires from the perspective of each member’s jurisdiction.
The officers of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Law Committee will produce the reports for the May 2017 IBA midyear meeting.
