The FIDIC Gold Book – some preliminary comments

In September 2008, FIDIC published the first edition of a form of contract proposed for use in Design Build Operate (DBO) situations, aiming to fill a perceived gap in the suite of contracts already published by FIDIC. This article considers the new form and makes some preliminary comments on it.
