Disciplinary Authorities

The 7-member Guam Bar Ethics Committee reviews results of investigations conducted by the Ethics Prosecutor; formal charges are then heard by the 7-member Adjudication Panel of the Committee; recommendations for discipline greater than private reprimand are then submitted to Supreme Court. Both bodies are lawyers appointed by the Guam Bar President and approved by the Supreme Court.
