A webinar presented by the IBA Maritime and Transport Law Committee
The functioning supply chain to safely transport time- and temperature-sensitive goods worldwide has always been an important aspect of trade and transport. It has become even more so during the Covid-19 pandemic where congested or blocked trade routes made it a challenge to keep pharmaceutical products (including Covid-19 vaccines) and food in good condition. In this webinar, panellists will consider what the legal and practical challenges are for the transport of pharma and healthcare products, such as the transport of Covid-19 vaccines. The panel will also consider how the quality and safety of food is guaranteed throughout the distribution system.
