A two-part webinar series presented by the Asia Pacific Arbitration Group (APAG), and supported by the IBA Arbitration Committee and the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum

Topics will include: 

  • A tribunal's power to exclude evidence under Article 9.3 of the IBA Rules and the applicable standard for determining whether a piece of evidence has been obtained illegally; 
  • The typology of fraud relating to document production, including the production of forged or false documents; and
  • The timing and format for document production, including production by electronic means.
