Topics will include:
- A tribunal's power to exclude evidence under Article 9.3 of the IBA Rules and the applicable standard for determining whether a piece of evidence has been obtained illegally;
- The typology of fraud relating to document production, including the production of forged or false documents; and
- The timing and format for document production, including production by electronic means.
