This is part two of a three-part webinar series presented by the China Working Group of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum, supported by the IBA Antitrust Section
The enforcement of global anti-corruption regulations by various governments worldwide has created heightened compliance requirements for companies globally. This webinar will provide an overview of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and similar anti-corruption laws in Hong Kong, and what authorities expect of a corporate compliance programme. The three speakers, from each jurisdiction, will also discuss the differences among FCPA, UKBA, and Hong Kong anti-bribery laws.
