During this webinar, the panel will present the view from different jurisdictions on the restructuring proceedings, institutions and tools that are currently applicable during the Covid-19 pandemic. The speakers will highlight some of the key updates to the Canadian, Cayman and Polish restructuring regimes, respectively, as well as discuss the impact on debtors and creditors and practical points to note during a restructuring.
