This panel will discuss the recently released UN report and findings on alleged war crimes in Yemen, and discuss potential mechanisms for further investigation and prosecution of war crimes, at the domestic and international levels, problems in doing so, and the interplay of peace and rebuilding in the post-conflict restorative justice arena. The panel will include vital Yemeni voices discussing humanitarian and medical crisis resulting from the conflict and the role Yemeni journalists play in documenting the conflict and raising global awareness
