Pre-International Competition Network Forum: competition policy in the digital age
11 May 2020, Los Angeles, USA
A conference presented by the IBA Antitrust Section and the International Chamber of Commerce
Co-organised by the IBA Antitrust Section and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Pre-International Competition Network (Pre-ICN) Forum is an annual high-level event immediately preceding the Annual Conference of the International Competition Network.
The Pre-ICN Forum offers attendees a unique chance to catch up with – and participate in – the debate about Competition Policy in the Digital Age as antitrust agencies from around the world gather in Los Angeles to chart the future course of enforcement in a highly dynamic environment. Enforcers, academics, in-house counsel and experienced private practitioners will come together in the audience and on the stage to share insights, offer predictions and engage in a lively interactive discussion of the latest developments.
At a time when antitrust issues occupy the headlines, the Pre-ICN Forum will provide a matchless opportunity to be at the epicentre of discussions and get to know the people who shape antitrust policy.
Program content will include:
- Keynote addresses from Leading Enforcers
- Perspectives on the Path Forward in the Digital Technology Sector
- Rethinking Compliance in a Dynamic World
