A webinar presented by the Debarment and Exclusions Subcommittee of the IBA
This webinar will focus on exclusions and debarments from public procurement procedures in Europe and discuss current trending topics, such as:
- Corporate groups, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries and assigns: how do contracting authorities and multilateral development banks (MDBs) deal with group companies in exclusion and debarment cases?
- Antitrust and anticompetitive infringements: what are their implications on public procurement procedures?
- Standard of proof: when is a contracting authority entitled to exclude a company from a public procurement procedure – does it have any margin of discretion? How do courts treat this matter?
