There is a mental wellbeing crisis in the legal profession. The IBA's recent global wellbeing survey’s preliminary findings showed that we must raise awareness and destigmatise discussions around mental health and wellbeing, in addition to investigating how institutions can translate awareness into effective interventions to improve workplaces.
