Co-organised by the IBA Antitrust Section and the International Chamber of Commerce, the Pre-International Competition Network (Pre-ICN) Forum is an annual high-level forum where attendees can take part in an interactive discussion on competition law enforcement and policy and get insights directly from regulators and business experts. It provides business and agencies with the opportunity to engage directly in an open dialogue on current international competition issues.

The Forum is held the day before the 18th Annual International Competition Network (ICN) Conference.
